We need your help to keep our school looking beautiful!
On Saturday, May 19 from 10AM-4PM the PTO will host a beautification day. The purpose of this day is to add extra beauty to the school and the surrounding areas. Some of the jobs will include planting, mulching, sweeping, weeding, and litter pick-up. This is a wonderful opportunity for you and your student(s) to spend some quality volunteer time together while helping him/her take pride in his/her school! Please bring work gloves and any garden tools you would be willing to share. We will also be working through Keep Columbus Beautiful to supply garden gloves and tools. All students must be accompanied by an adult for this event.
We also will be accepting lawn bag donations for this day. They can be dropped off anytime prior to May 19 and placed under the overhang in the mulched area to the right of the front doors.
No RSVPs required, but it is helpful to know who to expect. If you know ahead of time that you can make it, please e-mail Holly Meister at ghmeister@hotmail.com
Field Day Volunteers Needed
Field Day will be an all day event this year. Volunteers are needed for the morning shift (9:00-11:30), the afternoon shift (1:00 – 3:30), or both. Lunch will be provided for volunteers. Please return the form you child brought home or contact Miss Rambin at jennifer_rambin@hboe.org

Pennies for Patients
Our students helped to fight cancer. Pennies for Patients is a program that allows kids to help kids fight leukemia. Students collected donations during the month of March. After all donations were counted, we had a total of $4,594.54 which far exceeded our goal of $3,000.
